WebCD Globe Using a Different Installation of Microsoft« Internet Explorer

The full installations of Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 for Windows 95 and Windows 3.1 are included for WebCD Viewer installation. The appropriate Microsoft Internet Explorer browser will be installed on the end-user's system if they do not have a browser or if their version of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator is not version 2.x or above.

Microsoft Internet Explorer provides minimum, typical, and full installation versions. You may include a different version of Microsoft Internet Explorer installations by:

1 Downloading the desired installations from the Microsoft Internet Explorer Web site.
2 Replacing the files located in the following folders, respectively (see notes at the bottom of this topic for help on finding your projectÆs Image folder):

. . .\Image\IE31 (Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 for Microsoft Windows 3.1)

. . .\Image\IE95 (Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 for Windows 95)

The minimum, typical, and full installations for Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 (Windows 95 and Windows 3.1) are outlined below.

Notes

Bullet The Image folder is the default location for the WebCD Viewer image files. The default Image folder location is .á.á.\project-folder\Image where project-folder is the folder that corresponds to your project name. For example, if you installed WebCD Packager in the default location and created a project called My Project in the default location, the default Image folder location would be:

c:\Program Files\MarketScape\WebCD Packager\Projects\My Project\Image.

Bullet If you specified a different location for the WebCD Viewer image on the Build Wizard: Destination Dialog, the IE31 and IE95 folders will be located there.
